How do I request comp tickets? How do discounts work?
Each resident gets 2 complimentary tickets per production. If you are working on a production, you do not receive additional comps. Discount codes are made available per production. Please read production emails to find out more information about discount codes as these vary per production.
How do I log volunteer hours?
On your resident dashboard page, please click the image to be taken to a google form. Please verify the number of hours you are logging before submitting hours. This is done through an honor system. We want you to be here!
How do I request the P-card?
There is a P-card request form on your resident resources page. Usually there is a P-card available at the Meadowlark building. Please coordinate ahead of time with Matthew if you need to use the P-card for any purchasing. If you need to make an online purchase, send your purchase list to Matthew and he can buy your production need ahead of time.
How do I notify an absence?
If you are missing something related to a production, notify your stage manager. Otherwise contact the appropriate leadership member via text or email.
When are headshots and bios due?
Ideally we would like you to submit your headshots and bios by the assigned due date. However, make sure to submit them no later than the end of August. If you have any issue completing this, contact Matt.
What am I responsible for if I am called to load-in or strike?
If you are assigned a load-in or strike day, you are responsible for assisting the Technical Director for the scheduled period. Please make sure to wear comfortable attire that you don't mind getting paint on and be sure to wear closed toed shoes. Activities may include painting, helping load in production equipment (scenery, props, costumes, etc.), or other similar tasks. We do not ask anyone to do something they feel unsafe doing. Please just communicate needs ahead of time.
How do I get approved to use the shop?
Please see the Technical Director for permission to use any Larking House equipment.
